The so called office manager Melissa..was so extremely arrogant and rude. Putting pressure on me although to schedule a root canal while knowing my financial stress after losing a family member. She was actually complaining to me that they had given me vicodin and now I wasnt going to fix the tooth. So very rude. She seems to constantly call everyone sweetie and baby?? I am 32 years old..SWEETIE! So unprofessional. The dentist is nice but not worth dealing with who apparently thinks she owns the place. She told me to go have my tooth fixed somewhere else. The last thing anyone needs while in pain with an abcess tooth is that kind of treatment.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
