They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. urgent problems were taken care of the very same day!
