They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

I went in to have a decayed tooth pulled, and this went pretty well. I'm in the process of being fitted for some crowns, so far, the temps are just fine. Went in to check out the new permanent crowns and they didn't fit my gum line straight, and sum were made too big and too small!!! I was disappointed. We'll see how my next visit goes....They better be darn near perfect as I'm dropping a lot of money for these!!!!!! Do your research and get recommendations FIRST before deciding on what dentist to go to before getting permanent work done. I went here because of a discount plan but I wish I woulda done research first but its too late now.....

Beware, my experience echo's the negative reviews that you will find online.

I wish you the best and I urge you to research the comments published online before allowing them the opportunity to damage you.

I would also research each dentist in the hope that there is a good one in the system. When you find the good one, please post.
