Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

After bouncing from office to office, I finally found Dr. Bailey after being referred by several of my neighbors. It was nice to find that Dr. Bailey owns the practice and that he is the only dentist there. I've had many bad experiences with local corporate offices. I found billing to exactly as described to me and more accurate than other offices I have had work completed at. Insurance is always a hassel, but they submitted everything for me. Location is convienent and its good to know that Dr. Bailey does not use an answering service. His Emergiency number is his personal cell phone. Hopefully, I won't have to use it any time soon. I look forward to my next visit being as hassel free as my first few.

It is only after 6months and up to 1 year, that I have had to replace two out of the three 'repairs' that Dr. Bailey did with an endodontist that I realized how poor the work was. In retrospect I recalled an 'oops' type of comment and was completely ignored by Bailey in the chair; this was a recurring issue with his style, to chat, now I believe distractedly in the chair. I am still working on figuring out how to appropriately report this work. I've been assured that it was not the state of my teeth in one case, and unsure in the other case. In the mean time, I need to vent on what ever site I can rate and encourage others to do the same. Thanks for listening. Oh, and yeah, I would never visit them again.

The dentist seems nice but the rest of the staff is so rude! One man in particular made me feel very uncomfortable and I would never allow him to clean my children's teeth! He also had clear hygiene issues, not sure if I would trust a dentist that uses such a complete lack of judgement when hiring staff. They need to work on their customer service.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. There were a few things about the my visit that made me unhappy and uncomfortable. Billing here is not consistent and I receive invoices from my insurance company for services I never agreed upon. Are they reporting extra services to my insurance as a means to get compensated for more?

I have gone here for years and have recently been disaapoointed by my experience here. I have had very negative experiences with a particular dental hygienist. She is not a dentist but will diagnose potential problems, she talks excessively, and told me that she didnt remember if she had polished my teeth or not (she had to ask the xray if she had polished my teeth cause she forgot). I asked for her to stay away from a particular area because I had pain there and wanted the dentist to look at it. She ignored my request, and instead prodded the area where I had pain with her sharp metal instrument. It was so painful I squirmed and told her to stop. I felt that the office didnt think that this was an issue. Overall, I was turned off and am not sure if I want to go back.
