Very disappointed in this doctor. I thought he was a dedicated doctor but I was wrong! I've been having problems with my insurances and when I finally get a chance to be able to see him, he no longer accepts medicaid! So now he kicks his patients to the street that have medicaid and leaves them high and dry!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

You will NEVER find a warmer more knowledgeable and more committed doctor anywhere. Dr Silverstein is a one of kind doctor, the kind you thought no longer exists. If you need a pulmonologist he's you're guy you will be in the best hands possible!

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
Dr Silverstein is a real Jewel of a Man with real compassion and concern for every patient. He always makes time for you never treats you like a number. He is a beautiful soul
