I was a patient here the staff was ok. I found out that I had Kidney failure when the doctor was out. I had been a regular patient and was never told I had renal failure. When at his partners orders I went to a nephrologist was I told I had a year to prepare for dialysis. When asked Dr Finley's response was he doesn't have to tell patients until they need dialysis. If you are seeking this type of attention then by all means be a patient. But if you would like your doctor to let you know what is going on with your health please see anyone else.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
