I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, I was humiliated. They made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was called a liar to my face and I was told I should have had my records with me when the receptionist told me I wouldn't need them. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I wasted $50 and a half day of work. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I was crying when I left. I would never visit them again. I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
Dr. Jaggers, is one of few female gastroenterogists in the area and does a poor job of representing herself and the clinic. My first appt lasted @5 minutes, she did not listen to my symptoms, took inaccurate notes, and rushed out of the exam room while I was still attempting to ask questions about the pain I was experiencing. A colonscopy was performed efficiently and professionally, however, a follow-up appt. three weeks later, had the same results as my first appt. Within minutes she was up and exiting our appointment. Absolutely no bed side manner. When I called to get the results and advice on the colonscopy she did not bother to speak with me and would only comment through a staff member that results were "unremarkable".
Needless to say, I have changed dr's to Dr. Shepard (five stars). And discovered today that my records from Dr. Jagger have a transcription error!! This is the kind of error that leads to being treated in the completely wrong side of the my body!
Please find another dr. to see - Thank you and good luck!
