the heck with this site and the canned reviews. Steve Tresser looked at me, worked like a concerned doctor, checked me over, and was able to get me in for back surgery the same week. (He was my 8th 2nd opinion). The following morning I was walking around the hospital. A week later practically doing cartwheels. This was 3 years ago and I've not looked back since. Thinking about Low back surgery ... pass on this doctor and you could very likely be passing up great quality of life. I've made several referrals to Dr. Tresser, not one has complained, nor regretted a moment.
Very cold approach focused on efficiency to maximize ratings by Insurance Companies, Medicare and Workers Compensation as he bids low to provide a high volume of services quickly. This Dr is focused on quick patient dismissal from his practice to receive payments quickly from Insurance Companies. This Dr is NOT recommended when quality of care is a priority or if you are looking for a Dr to be your advocate and help you receive the best care possible. I experienced a focus on low bid work for purposes of quick payment. A patient can expect minimal compliance to medical standards and little attention to detail; definitely NOT a person acting in the best interest of his patient.
