No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

All the parents in my community respect her and recommended that I bring my children there. At times I spend a little too much time in the waiting room but the wait has been well worth it. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have comfortable waiting room seating. The waiting rooms here are spacious. They have 3 separate waiting rooms. One for infants, one for sick children and one for the welIcare children. Dr. Ruiz asks alot of questions and is quick to pick up on the smallest signs of a medical problem. I would recommend her to any parent.
