They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love this doctor. I have been looking for a doctor like Dr.Sinclair for years now! Dr. Sinclair is down to earth, answers the business line when his staff is to busy, and answer all the questions you have. Dr. Sinclair is not like all the other doctors whom you feel as if you are at their mercy. If you want an all around great doctor, then I highly recommend Dr. Sinclair.

This is the best place I have ever been to for Botox, Laser Hair Removal and Juvederm. I shopped for a while and asked other people. I was told over and over again that Dr. Sinclair does a great job, no pain, good prices and he makes you feel very comfortable. They were right! All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put me at ease. I feel like I can ask them anything. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I had no fears at all about their equipment. Everything was top of the line and of the highest quality; I knew it was safe. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

IDo you feel particularly self conscious or insecure about the procedure you are about to have? DO NOT see this 'doctor'. He will belittle you from the moment you step into his office. Apparently everything is a joke and when you try to speak with this prententious 'doctor' he throws it all back into your face. You'd think with a dwindling economy like this, he'd at least try to be a little sensitive to his patients' needs. I'm in the automotive industry. Customer service is the SECOND most important attribute besides skill, one can acquire in the field or dealing with the public. People don't need this cosmetic 'doctor's' procedures, they NEED their cars to be fixed. Knowing this, I treat my customers with the utmost dignity and respect they deserve. There is a lot of competition, especially in the area for cosmetic surgery. I didn't exactly see people lining up to be helped at this clinic. And it only took about 20 minutes for a secretary to even APPEAR to check me in however nice she may have been. The 'doctor' could definitely take some pointers from one of the staff on how to treat people with kindness and courtesy. I found this man on the internet and I will leave him here. The net can make you AND break you. Hopefully this review will help veer people away from seeing this man. Or maybe he will read this and change his ways... oh wait. I doubt that.

Unfortunately, the procedure did not work at all......so upset as it was very costly and over a week down time. Lesson learned, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. I was so looking forward to some good results!!!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
