They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt they were annoyed and bothered when I asked questions. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I don't think Dr. Prettelt honestly cared he just wanted to rush to get to the next patient. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Let me begin by saying that I have 23 years of working with Physicians behind me. I asked around about a good Primary Care Doc, and got Dr. Prettelt's name on three different occassions. I will make no bones about having to wait to see him, but he is EXTREMELY thourough and very professional as well as attentive (to all of your issues). You wait on one end but he gives you the time you need once you are in the room with him. This is difficult to find! As far as the staff, THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I have not one bad thing to say about this office. If you are not someone that can wait, I would say don't even bother, however, I have found that it is the norm to wait for a Doctor in this State....so bring a book and get cozy, he's worth it. Im speaking from experience.
