They always try to make your child get the nitrous oxide. This is not covered by insurance ...so they make a huge profit off of their 2-3 minutes your child receives the nitrous. My kids do just fine without it...but they ALWAYS ask to use it on them. They practically insist! My kids like both Dr. Hope and Dr. Andrew equally.

I love this place and my chidlren do as well. They no longer are afraid to go to the dentist. I love all of the staff, I have never had a bad experience with them. They always thoroughly explain the procedures that were performed on my children. I had a change of insurance and because I was a customer for over 5 years, they made an exception to take my insurance, even though they normally don't. This allowed my children to still be able to be seen here. I love how clean the office is as well. My girls love Dr. Hope!

My son had had an awful experience at a different dentist so we switched to this one and they were wonderful. They talked with him about everything going on and helped him overcome his fear and anxiety with the dentist. The staff were all great, the facility was nice. Definitely recommend.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. It really worried me that I couldn't get any questions answered here. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone! In fact I was lied to several times about what my insurance coved. Toxic materials were placed in my child's mouth without my knowledge.
