I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
