Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. One thing that's been so annoying about Carlos Cohen, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. This guy is the biggest Jerk and has no idea what in the world he is doing. He is rude. I went to get warts removed and every time I went I had to circle the warts myself with a marker because he would never get them all. I definitely recommend you to go anywhere else besides this place. TRUST ME!

I really felt welcomed here. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
