They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
