The doctor is great but not experienced at all to deal with complications or issues after surgery. I became a ginnypig when he could not determine how to cure an absess after surgery. I am under the care of a UM doctor and taking 4 antibiotics per day and will continue for one year. Dr. Presas did surgery to drain the absess and caused a very bad reaction and infection and later told me he never wanted to touch it but I complaint a lot about it. Loss of work, medical expenes and emotional trauma, scaring and pain is what I have to deal with.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
