I was treated terribly by your front office staff . I'm.absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Your doctors are great: However you must endure dis courtesy from the front office as well as the billing office that calls to verify appointments and insurance. The dentist and the toothpaste they used was great. It made the experience better. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible due to the office not verifying insurance before calling you to make an appointment. I do not feel I or a family member should have to miss work or school to be in your office by 3:30 to verify insurance. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. When you phone to speak with a manager you receive the run-a-round and left on hold forever. Your customer service suckes with your first line personnel. The attitude is give us your money and we treat you like crap.

While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. It was a horribly cold shock every few minutes. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
