Very happy with my dental treatments by Dr. Moshrefi. I've been going to Bixby Knolls Dental Group for more than 4 years and have always been happy with his work. He is very gentle and when I've had fillings he has been did it without pain. I like the way he match the fillings to my teeth (white fillings). The office staff are very friendly. I recommend Dr. Moshrefi and his staff to my friends that need dental work.

Bixby Knolls Dental Group is close by to where I live, so it was very convenient to go there. Everyone at the office is very friendly and easy to talk to. I am always very comfortable going there. I had dentures that were pulling, and holes that needed healing before it could be aligned permanently. Dr. Moshrefi let me know that it was going to be a lengthy process, sometimes taking from 8 months to 1 year. He and his staff really want to give you a long time with the temporary linings, until they think it's done. They want you to be satisfied. I'm am very happy, I think it looks wonderful and I am able to eat everything! I would highly, highly recommend this dental office to anybody.

I have been going to Bixby Knolls Dental Group for a year now. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. They are always quick to help you out and make sure you are comfortable. They usually follow up after service to make sure you are doing okay. The staff is great and it is a very friendly place. Dr. Moshrefi is professional and polite. They are very family oriented and thus understanding about changes in scheduling.

It was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. They were all so wonderful and helpful. I had a lot of work done with no pain. Including implants!!! I send all my friends and coworkers to Bixby Knolls Dental Group.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them pressuring me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I suggest you stay away form this Dental Office. They are running scam wherein they will collect more money from you as your out of pockets expenses. I went there few months ago. Paid the agreed Out-of pocket fee then a week later, I got call saying I need to pay more. Bewareif you dedide to go to this Hell hole. Review all the documents that you are signing. ALL of these documents are to protec their rights and interests, NOT yours.

Their employees change a lot and has a high Turnover.

Also, they will also sell you stuff that you don't need. It's like going to EZ Lube and the staff sells you things like engine flush, etc.

I would suggest go to another Dental Office to avoid any nightmares that you might encounter.
