Absolutely disregarded my appointment time...as if my time is not important at all...if I would have showed up for my appointment 90 minutes late....do you think they would have welcomed me with open arms...? THATS RIGHT I sat in that chair from 4:30 (my appointed time) until 6:00 pm before the dentist opened my mouth....one and one half hours LATE...That is at the least disrespectful and I want to see if anybody is paying attention to my complaint...!

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
