Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
