While Dr. Feuer is well trained somewhere along the way this practice has become derailed. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was shocked by the confusion over test results, why I was there and the very , very poor delivery of critical news. Also, there is zero follow-up with the patient. Test results are not discussed on a regular basis but rather more and more test ordered. When I finally refused further testing until I met with the doctor I was told that I was being un-co-operative. Ultimately, I was passed off to another doctor and have never heard another word from this office other than to collect the bill. No one ever checked to make sure that the referral had actually been made or to check on my condition.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They had a friendly attitude, and made me feel at home. I appreciated the warm welcome. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Feuer saved my life!
