They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I left feeling very happy with the way my appointment went. I was nervous before my appointment, but I feel much more hopeful now. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments.

Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their prices weren't outrageous, but they were a little too expensive. I wish they were willing to make it more affordable.

Dr. Saavedra is always polite and respectful. She was always helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt very cared for and she was honest with me about my issues. I do expect to wait longer than normal but I come prepared if my appointment is not early in the morning and accept this because I know that it is because she is not rushing her patients out of her office.

I disagree with the previous comments made about Dr Saavedra's lack of compassion and professionalism. I have been seeing her for several years and although she does not come across overly sympathetic she does care and has a more direct approach. She made a comment to me on my first visit that made me cry but she was right and I thank her for bringing that to my attention now.
As far as her being behind, yes, she runs late a lot but I consider that as her willingness to take the time she needs to see her patients rather than trying to fit them into a 15 minutue time slot. She stays very late to see all of her patients. That does not sound like someone who is only in it for the money.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
