They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. The only reason I was able to find their office was because I had very simple, clear directions that I printed out. There's no way I would have found it without them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Somewhat, it definitely wasn't discouraged
