Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like the atmosphere here is wrong for a children's clinic.
