They were late for my appointments because Dr Prince spent however long it took her to understand my health issues, worries, or needs. She's the only physician to read my entire physical history. She spent time thinking & doing research to pinpoint my problems. She tried her best to figure out what was wrong with me, then to help me. She had no consulting physician or testing results to guide her: the 2 of us were on our own trying to figure out what was wrong with me & caused my extreme problems: they weren't in any medical books. She never gave up. I never minded waiting for her; her goals were to help her patients. I wish there were hundreds more physicians just like her.
The office has a helpful staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
They returned my phone call promptly. They've never left me waiting.
The office deserves more recommendations than I can give! Due to my husband's promotion, we recently moved out of state: I hated to leave the only physician that I know cared about me, my quality of life, & my health issues; she's a rare find.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Never, they are very reliable.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
