OFFICE STAFF: can be grumpy. don't leave messges, keep calling til you get them in person! if you have a co-pay, it HAS TO BE PAID IN CASH!

Dr. Marc outstanding clinician. Make sure you ALWAYS follow-up on any issues that you need any action on after your appointment. Bring your problems to him in writing and go over each one.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
