The doctors at West Hartford Pediatric treat the whole child and whole family, they care about not only how the child is feeling but how they are doing. There are not many Dr's around who care this much!

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.
