This is a great office! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist is the best I have ever seen! Their office is beautiful and they have very nice equipment. The dentist was very nice and thorough. I haven't had any pain since my dental work, she did an excellent job with my crown and fillings. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Don't let the nice facility fool you, they are terrible! I had a root canal by Dr. Botts and my tooth still hurts TO THIS DAY! I saw a specialist and he said I needed a re-treat on the tooth and Dr. Botts refused. Now I have to pay another dentist for the very expensive root canal since DR. BOTTS could not get it right the first time. They also flat out lied to me about my insurance coverage. They have cost me several hundred dollars and lots of time and pain for nothing!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The front receptionist has had her hair bleached one to many times. Will not recomment this group to anyone ever!!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I love Pinnacle Hills Dental Group and I would never go anywhere else!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Stay the hell away from this place!!!!

For the love of GOD, stay the hell away.

I was in perfect dental health before going here...I could write a book on the dental drama I've had to go through as a result of this office's incompetence. They drew a root canal out over 10 (TEN) appointments...then the shoddy work they did caused the tooth above to break in half! I kept telling myself to let them finish what they started, then I'd never go back.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else!!!!!!!!
