They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question or if not, they want me to make an appointment to evaluate. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in every time. My insurance provider requires that I pay too much for immediate medical care, otherwise they would be my provider of choice.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
