They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
