This guy is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in a health care related field. At a 9:15am appointment I didn't even get out of the waiting room till 9:55. How can you be that backed up right away? No matter what time of day it is expect to wait 45 minutes past your appointment time to finally see Greenberg. When he does finally arrive he has a very dry uncomfortable vibe to him. No smile no hi Chris how are you doing today? No courtesy at all, he talks for about 3 minutes then before you can even ask him a question or reply he will stand up and start making a motion towards the door like sorry guy your times up that will be $100. I had a very uncomfortable and painful skin disease and I told him that for the 2 years he has been giving me medication for it that I am extremely unsatisfied with the results. So he said well lets try a different medication, this one is the most effective for your disease. HELLO WHY AM I WASTING 2 YEARS SUFFERING BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GIVE ME THE BEST MEDICATION FOR THE DISEASE IN THE BEGINNING. Also have fun calling his incompetent secretaries to refill your medication so when you arrive back home after getting it from the drug store you see that they didn't even get the only prescription you have through him right.

All around horrible experience and I can't wait for his every 6 month call to say come in or we wont refill your prescription so I can happily say I have found another dermatologist.

I'm not a competitor of his I would say try any other dermatologist OTHER then him in the same building.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

No, they were fully staffed

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
