Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Dr. Cram is a wonderful doctor and his new practice is a breath of fresh air. I wasn't feeling well and called Dr. Cram late in the evening; he answered my call and got me into the office the next day. It is a nice change to have plenty of time during the appt and not feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Cram to anyone!

I have finally found the service that I have wanted and deserve as a patient. After walking straight into Dr. Crams personal office and greeted by his lovely wife, I was immediately taken to an exam room where my extensive 2 hour physical began. Deb was quick and efficient and had a smile on her face the entire time. After the clinical part of the physical was done, Dr. Cram and I sat down in his office and spoke for another 45 min. He was able to discuss my concerns about my health without a time limit on our review. I cannot tell you how I have searched for a practice that provides the exceptional care that Dr. Cram had promised and successfully delivered. I will forever be grateful for the difficult decision that Dr. Cram made a year ago. You guys rock!!!!

I have to say that Dr. Cram's new practice is amazing! I am been a long time patient of Dr. Cram and he has always given my family exceptional care. He always did his best to address all of our questions and concerns when we were in for a visit but it just never seemed like we could get to everything. Now this is not a knock on Dr. Cram's care but more the system. Now, with his new practice, my entire family receives a CEO type physical as well as direct access to Dr. Cram via cell phone. I can't tell you how nice it is to know that I can call MY doctor anytime day or night and he will be there to answer my call. I also love the fact that PREVENTION and WELLNESS is what Dr. Cram strives for. His practice is the model of the future!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cram's for several years, and am thrilled with his new practice. It is wonderful to have the same-day accessibility that is almost impossible with other practices. I have always been pleased with his care, and I am comforted to know that he has many years of experience. He never hesitates to refer you on to a specialist if the need arises. He has a kind, caring demeanor, and his office staff always makes you welcome. I have had several questions that might not take an office visit, and he is very accessible by phone. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a family physician.
