I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not with Dr. Gregory. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I went though 5 doctors for my kids before finding Dr. Gregory. I loved him so much I decided to make him my husbands and mines as well.

Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
