Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. All they care about is money everything requires a follow up appiontment. Its very cllear that they are out to make a dollar. I was given the clinic managers name to file a complaint. I left several messages with a jeenie and she never called me back. Stear Clear of this clinic!!!

I have been a patient of Button Family Practice for over three years and have yet to have a bad experience with this clinic. All the providers are very knowledgeable and seem to care about my overall health. The staff are generally friendly and helpful - but it is a busy practice and with that comes stress. The staff for the most part handle the busyiness well, but some times they can be a little short. But, that has only happened once in the three years since becoming a patient there. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a practice that offers great healthcare to their patients. They love the little children as well. My daughter loves going and seeing Charlotte Stark and her nurse, Alisha.
