No body hates doctors more than me I hate going to the doctor they never seem to truly care. Since I was referred to doctor Carl I haven't been Happier they even call the next day to see how you are feeling. He is a great down to earth guy and it feels like you are talking to a friend when you have to explain whats going on. I recommend Dr Carl to everyone.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I had to wait for a little while.

Dr Carl and Cory are wonderful to work with. Both of them are responsive, friendly and comforting (and funny!), I have never had a problem getting scheduled in a timely manner and all my questions/issues have been resolved.

Completely dissatisfied. Carl Mortiz’s office ignored my request for a physical. When I came in, he did not examine me, just gave me a bunch of paperwork. The office was dirty, disorganized, and there was a dog in the examination room. Then he billed me $180 and said I had come in complaining of ear infections, which wasn’t true. I called to question this and they gave me the runaround and told me nothing could be done. Without warning they turned me over to a collection agency. Absolute nightmare as a patient and customer.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Dr Moritz and his Crossroads Practice is a state of the art Family Medical Practice. He and his team's expertise, practical, preventative and diagnostic guidance and straight forward friendly manner are exceptionally good.
