What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
