I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
