The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I went there for a 4d ultrasound. I had an appointment, paid for it and my bladder was full. They were running really behind and after waiting for an hour with a baby kicking my bladder I started to complain. They called me up to the reception desk and told me I was scaring all the other patients, handed me my money and my VHS tape that I had to provide and told me to leave in a not so nice way. They were very rude. I reported them to the better business bureau I never saw Dr White as he was not my OB but his staff sucks!.

The Doctor was ok and the ultrasound tech was nice but the staff is AWFUL and completely unprofessional, rude on a day to day basis. Long waits, they cancelled appointment on me and even laugh in our face when they made mistakes and were confronted. I really wish I had picked another Doctor based on the overall experience with the office staff. AlI had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

The doctor was great, but the staff was ridiculous. The first time I called, the girls seems to blame each other for not getting my appt correct. THen waiting in the waiting room for my ultra sounds, the girls did use foul language, and they seemed upset that a customer would call with a question. Never will I go back. It was my first and last time. Then the best part of all, the ultra sound technician was running over 30 minutes late, and the staff told us patience that she always runs late and she can run up to an hour late. Seriously, very unprofessional.
