It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The doctor is quite in a rush to get you in and out of there. He also smells like cigarettes.
