They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for most of my appointments. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was quiet, compared to other places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

The whole time I was in there, there was a lot of infighting between the staff and Dr. Gaughf. I was in there once before and the same thing occurred. I had figured I would give them one more try. Not again. Dr. Gaughf missed a skin cancer and only biopsied it once I pointed it out. Not exactly boosting my confidence in her attention...seems like she was preoccupied with other matters within her office. I have seen PAs who spend more time with patients and who are more thorough. It's disappointing. She seems to be quite educated just not caring for her patients.
