One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When I need meds refilled they will not refill them on time especially when needed & will not stay a few minutes past closing time to wait to answer pharmacy phone call or fax

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was easy enough to find. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
