He's the best! I am a burn survivor who has been a patient of this office since it was run by Dr Morton Arnoff. He handed the reins to Dr Stuart and I have been his patient for over 20yrs. I can seriously vouche for him and all he does. He has helped me to become confident in my scarred body(86% head to toe) He is one of few cosmetic surgeons who do not work for the money. If he feels something would not be right for you he will tell you. I have had multiple skin grafts, breasts added, expanders for scalp, lipo, reverse tummy tuck( he pulled excess skin up towards my chest to cover scars and had to relocate belly button. It looks awesome! Beats a skin graft any day), you name it I have had it....however none of it has been for "plastic" reasons, its all reconstructive. I am willing to be his biggest walking advertisement!
As for anyone saying he does not listen, they are wwrong. He carries a lil tape recorder with him to record all the procedures he will do and where everything is. He even draws on your body before you have surgery to show you were he will be cutting incisions and so on. I have never had a problem with him. All my friends want his number and have had stuff done by him. The nurses are just awesome. They all have known me since I was about 12 if not younger. He is the only male doctor i feel the most comfortable with ever.

If you are lucky enough to finding this BEFORE you have surgery with this man - STOP - look elsewhere. He pretents to listen, is charismatic but he doesn't hear a word you say (IMO). I made all of my choice's based on what he told me he could do for me (I saw three others PS - BEFORE the breast surgery) there were no medical reasons for him not closing (purse string)the way he had said he would to avoid additional incisisions, but when I awoke he didn't do anything the way he had described in the TWO consults! He passes all of the safety criteria, Board Cert etc. and his office and surgical suite are clean, but he allows his ego to direct him - not YOUR wants and needs (IMO)! Also, make sure you ask him if a student will be working on you - because he did not tell me he was a teacher at the local University at all! And in my opinion he didn't do the work himself that is why it was so different than he described it to me earlier. He did state that his nurse did some of the closing, but his FSA (said nurse) isn't registered as a nurse in Arizona at all (I called and look up on web site Board of Nursing)! All of the above could lead to a board censure or lawsuit! In my opinion! His outcome did not look like his "after" books and I gave him him all of the situations (that's why it was bi-lateral so prophylactic) he asked for so that they could look as good as he decribed. I am mared for life, or at least until I can come up with enough trust to see another plastic surgeon! BE CAREFUL!!!
