No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions

Dr. Roefe is a great psychiatrist and I've never experienced any problems with a callback or a request. Has been my doctor for 10+ years. Caring, professional, and doesn't take weeks to get an appointment.

can't ever get them to call back even when you are a patient. Nice and helpful when you do speak with the office or the DR... But good luck getting anyone to call you back.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
