I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was very unsatisfying. For 8 years I had chronic back problems. All he ever did was treat the symptoms and take his fee. He never took the time to look into the cause in depth (or couldn't figure that out). After years of problems I started asking for specialist's referrals including chiropractors. He argued with me every step. I finally dumped him when he kept me waiting in his office for over an hour for a signature, and only gave it to me when I started complaining in the waiting room (he had seen 2 or 3 patients during that time-there was no emergency going on-he could have easily signed my paper between patients).

A chiropractor who spent some time talking with me finally solved my back problem. I've been essentially pain free since then.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
