They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Yawn. Though wait times can be long (schedule your appts in the morning if possible), it is well worth the wait. Once Dr. Yawn enters the room, you are his only patient. I never feel like his mind is somewhere else and that he just wants to rush on to the next patient. He truly cares about his patients and is very intelligent. He stays up to date on new treatments and never hesitates to send you to someone who may be more quailified and experienced if you need more specialized care. If you are impatient and hate to wait, he may not be for you, but you will always be in good hands.

I am completely at ease during my appointments here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment but to see Dr Yawn we feel he is worth it. (schedule what your needs are ahead of time to help with scheduling the right amount of time needed) They make extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. I refer everyone I know to Dr Yawn. I've seen Dr Yawn for years and he and his nurses are the best. But most important I have faith and trust I'm in good hands. My husband also is very comfortable and trusts Dr Yawn.
