I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. 'Courtne' did my botox-she did not seem educated-extremely hurried-and did not complete full facial analysis or consult. I b ought my Botox on a groupon-now I see why...Anyone who know Botox should understand that she did no facial muscle consult and asked ZERO questions about what I want-my med spa does a much better job. Did not address crow's feet, brow, and never told me how many units she used. Waste of money-zero aesthetic skills-zero consultative skills. Ugh...

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
