I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. the doctor is so cold and made me feel very uncomfortable. she has no warmth for her patients and i will not go back. the office is also very dated.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
