This doctor was rude and didn't care about me at all. I am in my twenties and he seemed to dismiss my heart condition. He said everything is fine, but since my insurance insisted on me getting a heart monitor, he would provide me with one. I switched doctors because I did not feel comfortable with him or his practice. I went to see another doctor in town who actually cared and did his job. I was diagnosised with a heart condition, which Dr. Gladding dismissed after less than thirty minutes based on my age and health.

This doctor was unprofessional and rude. I went to see him for a simple general physical and the entire time I kept hearing how he "didn't do physicals" despite the fact that his staff said that he did do them. I work as an EMT, so I get exposed to various blood-born diseases. I wanted to get blood drawn for those tests, but since he said that I get exposed to a lesser extent than him, why would I need one? I'm paying for it, so why should I feel as though I'm fighting with this doctor to get these tests done. Additionally, when I asked for a routine HIV test, he asked if I was gay. First of all, what does that matter, this isn't the 1980's where gays were the only ones getting AIDs. Secondly, how is that any of his business even if I was? I left his office angry and very raw. I will never go back to this doctor again.

Dr. Gladdings office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Getting ready to be revovated for a fresh new appearance. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Dr. Gladding actually looked at me, really examined me and listened to all of my concerns. I appreciated him not having his nose in a computer during my visit like so many doctors do these days. Dr. Gladding is a gem of a physician and a gentleman!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. I knew I was in good care.
They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
