I have refered Dr. Harley's office to a number of people. I absolutely love this place. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am a Soto pellet recipient and I am so blessed to have found that as a solution to many of my "mature issues". Dr. Harley cares about me and I am so very thank ful that I was referred by my regular doctor. She insists on regular check-ups and mammagrams and I she treats me like a friend rather than a patient. I appreciate her and the office staff.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
