I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
